Account deletion
In order to delete your Bitebird account, please follow instructions below:
– Connect to your Bitebird account on https://bitebird.mobi/
– Go to the Settings tab
– Click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT button
Important: Please note that if you still have main credit or data plans active on your account, they will be automatically deleted. Refunding, retrieving, or transferring any remaining main credit or data plans after account deletion is impossible.
You can also contact our Customer Service on this contact form directly to request the deletion of your Ubigi account. Your request will be processed within 24 working hours, and you will receive a confirmation email.
